Nokia 7 launched

    HMD Global just announced Nokia 7 in China, this is the company’s latest mid-range smartphone from HMD Global. Let's see full details of this smartphone. This smartphone is made with 7000 series aluminium chassis with diamond cut bevelled edges and Corning Gorilla Glass on the back.


    Nokia 7 has 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It has Hybrid dual sim card slot (nano + nano/ microSD).

     Nokia 7 is powered by 2.2 GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 630 14nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 508 GPU. It has 4GB / 6GB LPPDDR4 RAM with 64GB (eMMC 5.1) internal memory and you can expand memory up to 128GB with microSD card via Hybrid slot. This smartphone is running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS. HMD Global said that it will get Android 8.0 (Oreo) OS update.

    Nokia 7 has 16MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, PDAF, ZEISS optics, 1.12um sensor, f/1.8 aperture & 80° wide angle. It has 5MP front-facing camera with 1.12um sensor, f/2.0 aperture & 84˚ wide-angle lens. This smartphone can support Bothie like Nokia 8.

     Nokia 7 has fingerprint sensor at back. It has 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 and GPS connectivity. It has USB Type-C port and 3.5mm Audio jack. It has 2 microphones, it can support Nokia OZO 360° Audio. This smartphone is packed with 3000mAh non-removable Battery and it can support fast charge.

    Nokia 7 is priced at 2,499 yuan (₹ 24,520 approx.) for the 4GB RAM version and the 6GB RAM version costs 2,699 yuan (₹ 26,480 approx.). Nokia 7 will goes on sale from October 24th. No details about Global rollout.

    I don't know why HMD Global is focusing on China market. I think India is a big market to sell Nokia smartphones, because Indians love Nokia. My first phone is Nokia. Please comment your first phone.
