  The Asus ROG Phone 6 and 6 pro smartphones have been launched in India. These smartphones are features 6.78-inch FHD+ OLED display. Asus didn't changed anything in ROG Phone 6 Pro, these smartphones build is still a massive chunk of glass and metal with similar dimensions as the ROG Phone 5s Pro. These weighs 239g and has a thickness of 10.3mm. However, ROG 6 series is IPX4 certified for splash resistance against liquids, which is the first we've seen on a premium gaming smartphone. These smartphones comes with RGB light like other ROG phones.

  Asus ROG Phone 6 and 6 pro are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen+ 1 SoC and runs on Android 12 OS out of the box. The company claims that the new ROG 6 series features improved cooling technology. These two smartphones comes with 50mp triple rear camera setup and a 12mp selfie camera. The ROG phone 6 series houses a dual-cell 6,000mAh battery and supports 65W HyperCharge fast charging.

Price and Availability

  The ASUS ROG Phone 6 is priced at Rs. 71,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model in India. This costs 999 Euros (US$ 1027 / Rs. 81,525 approx.) in Europe and the 16GB + 512GB costs 1149 Euros (US$ 1182 / Rs. 93,795 approx.). There is also a 8GB + 256GB model, but the pricing for it is not known yet.

  The ROG Phone 6 Pro is priced at Rs. 88,999 for the 18GB + 512GB version in India and it priced at 1299 Euros (US$ 1336 / Rs. 1,06,070 approx.) for global market.
