  Xiaomi has launched the Redmi K40 Pro and K40 Pro+ smartphones in China. These two smartphones features a 6.67-inch (2400 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ AMOLED display with punch-hole selfie camera. These two smartphone are  powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC and runs on Android 11 OS out of the box.

  The Redmi K40 Pro features 64MP IMX686, and the K40 Pro+ comes with 108MP Samsung ISOCELL HM2 sensor, while the 8MP ultra-wide and 5MP 50mm telephoto macro lens are same. These two smartphones comes with 20mp selfie shooter. These feature X-axis linear motors, Stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos and Audio Zoom for video.  These two smartphones houses big 4520mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging.

Price and Availability

  The Redmi K40 Pro price starts at 2799 yuan (US$ 433 / Rs. 31,465 approx.) for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version, the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs 2999 yuan (US$ 646 / Rs. 33,715 approx.) and the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage version costs 3299 yuan (US$ 511 / Rs. 37,110 approx.) in China. The K40 Pro is now available in China for pre-order and go on sale from March 4th in China.

  The K40 Pro+ 12GB RAM + 256GB storage version is priced at 3699 yuan (US$ 572 / Rs. 41,610 approx.) in China and will be available by the end of March.
