Now to share Android Apps through Nearby share

Last year, Google launched the Nearby Share in the Android ecosystem. It was initially meant for files, documents, photos, etc., and now its functionality has been extended with the ability to share apps and their updates directly through the Google Play Store.

How to send and receive Apps ?

Just open the Play Store App, then select the “My apps & games” option from the Menu at the left-edge. Navigate to the “Share” tab and from here you can choose to either send/receive an app to/from another Android smartphone. You guys can install each individual app or choose to install all received apps through Nearby Share.
